Greg Sewell Forgings Pty Ltd is one of Australia's oldest forgings companies. The company is jointly managed by a third generation of the Sewell family and a third generation of the Stevens family. (The Stevens family were previously founders and owners of West Footscray Engineering Pty Ltd)

The company specialises in custom and standard forgings plus industrial fasteners. A wide range of equipment is available in both hammers and upset forging machines capable of producing forgings up to 90mm diameter or section.

In house design and machine facilities are available both for manufacture of tooling and machining of forgings. Thread rolling equipment makes possible the production of a variety of rolled thread sizes in both metric and imperial units.

Quality control procedures are rigidly adhered to, and all forgings are manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard 3902.

Greg Sewell Forgings Pty Ltd is a recognised supplier to Australia wide power generation authorities, railway and water services, telecommunication and defence departments and commercial fastener outlets.

Due to the development of in house expertise in rapid tool change techniques the company is equally suited to short or long term production orders. Export work can be easily accommodated.
