CMI Forge has over 40 units of prime equipment ranging from 100 Ton to 4,500 Ton mechanical and screw presses, as well as a 6 Ton pneumatic power hammer and horizontal up-setters from 3 to 6 inch.

All tooling is designed using Unigraphics CAD -CAM system, & manufactured on site. We are a prime supplier to the automotive industry in Australia and other segments of the market place, including mining, agricultural, construction, and orthopedics products. CMI supply parts to major turbine engine manufacture, via their machine houses located in the USA and Europe.

These products include turbine and compressor blades, which are used in the engines powering system for commercial, land base and military equipment.

Auxiliary services include surface treatment such as shot-blasting and chemical etching. A range of heat-treatment options is also available to cater for heat-treatment of alloy steels, aluminium and titanium products.
